On Sunday morning, September 20, 2025, the execution sentence of a prisoner from Sarpol-e Zahab named “Saeed Ghobadi” was carried out in Kermanshah Central Prison.

This prisoner had been arrested several years ago on charges of “intentional murder” of his wife and was sentenced to death by the judiciary.

So far, the news of this prisoner’s execution has not been announced by domestic media or official sources.
