A painter named Zaniar Paikhwan, son of Mohammad, from the village of “Kai” in Urmia, drowned in Greek waters while attempting to travel to a third country, losing his life.

An informed source stated that this 20-year-old artist, after having drowned in Greek waters approximately three weeks ago, his lifeless body was found in a Greek hospital after 15 days of searching.

It is expected that the body of this Kurdish citizen will be transferred to his hometown for burial in the coming days.
